Preparation:
1: Rinse 2 kg mussels with cold water.
2: Remove the opened and broken mussels.
3: Add the mussels with a cup of cold water or white wine, a fine chopped onion and the spice mix and bring to boil on high heat.
4: When a foam hit the lid of the pan, shake the mussels and bring to a new boil.
5: repeat step 4 3 times. The mussels are ready when the shells are open.
Do not add salt or pepper.
