Conimex Soto Ayam - Indonesian soup
Contains soy, wheat and peanuts. May contain traces of egg, milk and mustard.
Add: 100 gr. Chicken fillet, 150 gr. white cabbage, 125 gr. beans sprouts, 2 green onions, 2 eggs.
1: Bring 1 liter water to a boil and cook the rice for about 13 minutes until ready. Pour the rice and stir well.
2: boil the egss for ca. 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillets in cubes, the cabbage in strips and the green onions in small rings.
3: At 500 ml of water and the Soto Ayam paste in a pan and stir until the paste has desolved. Add the chicken and bring to boil. Let the soup boil for 2 minutes on low heat.
4: Add the cabbage and boil for another minute, than add the bean sprouts.
5: Warm it for another minute. Cut the eggs in quarters and devide the rice over 2 bowls.
6: Serve the soup with the rice and garnish with the egg, the peanuts and the green onions.
