Preparation:
Add:  - 250 g mushrooms  - 2 tbsp. fresh chives
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 As soon as the soup boils, add the sliced mushrooms.  3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and let the soup, while stirring occasionally, continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish the soup with the finely chopped chives.
Variation tip In step 2, add 125 g of ham cubes, 300 g of small broccoli florets and 150 g of corn (drained).
