Preparation:
Add:  - 1/2 smoked sausage  - 1 small potato (50 g)  - 125 g pea soup vegetables or farmer's soup vegetables
1. Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1 liter of cold water, stir well. with a whisk and bring the soup to the boil.  2. Add the thinly sliced smoked sausage, the peeled potato cubes and the pea soup vegetables or farmer's soup vegetables.  3. Turn down the heat as soon as the soup boils. With regular stirring, let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes (without lid).
4. Turn off the heat and let the soup stand in the pan for 5 minutes (without the lid).
Variation tip for a spicier taste, add a half-bunch of finely chopped celery root in step 2.
