Add: - 200 g chicken fillet - 2 medium-sized, red peppers - 2 tbsp. chives
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 As soon as the soup boils, add the chicken fillet and peppers, cut into pieces. 3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes. Garnish the soup with the finely chopped chives.
Variation tip For a filled soup, add 230 g of rice in step. Replace the chives with 2 tbsp. finely chopped coriander.
