Preparation:
Add:  - 350 g farmer soup vegetables   - 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 Once the soup is boiling, add the farmer's soup vegetables.  3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes. Garnish the soup with the finely chopped parsley.
Variation tip In step 2, add 150g of beef soup balls and a bunch of freshly cut celery. For a more robust soup, add a diced potato in step 2
