Preparation:
Add 300 gr. minced meat, 500 gr. sauerkraut, 2 onions, 1 egg, 600 gr potato slices, 125 ml creme fraiche.
1: Peel and slice 600 gr potatoes, boil for 5 minutes.
2: Brown 350 gr minced meat, add one chopped medium onion and 2 cups drained sauerkraut.
3: Str sauce into 250 ml cold water and 125 ml creme fraiche, stit in 1 egg.
4: Layer in a greased, oven proof dish as follows: half of the potatoes, the minced meatand sauerkraut mixture, and the other half of the potatoes.
5: Pour 2/3 of the sauce over all, wait 2 minutes. Pour the remaining sauc.
6: Bake in a pre heated oven at 200C for 45 minutes.
