PREPARATION METHOD:
Add: 300 gr minced meat, 1 red pepper, 400 gr. green beans, 1 arge onion, 50 ml cream.
-Cut the green beans into 3 cm pieces. Cook the green beans (bite) until done in a pan with little water. Drain the beans. Meanwhile, dice the bell pepper and finely chop the onion.
-Fry the minced meat in a frying pan. Then add the sliced bell pepper and onion and fry them briefly.
-Reduce the heat to low and add the sauce mix, 250 ml of water and 50 ml of cream. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
-Add the green beans to the minced meat mixture. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Allow to heat gently for 2 minutes.
