Preparation:
Add: 300g chicken filet - 150g carrots - 1 cucumber - 125ml creme fraiche - 125ml yoghurt
1. Mix the spice mix with 2 tbsp of oil and marinate the chicken breast (cubes) in it.
2. Cook the ricemix in plenty of boiling water for about 14 minutes and drain.
3. Mix the yoghurt with the raita sauce mix and stir in the carrot and cucumber (grated).
4. Fry the chicken cubes. Fry the chopped onion with it for 2 minutes. Add 300ml water and the saucemix. Let it boil for about 1 minute. Add the creme fraiche and let it simmer for another minute.
Serve everything seperately.
