                                                                                    Bring 200 ml water to a boil. Stir in 5 level tbsps (30g) of the mix until smooth and thickened. Simmer for 2 minutes. 
For soft vegetables (leek, spinach etc.) - Drain when cooked and sprinkle in the mix. Stir until thickened. Heat for 2 minutes.
To vary:
For a creamier sauce, substitute half of the water with milk.
