Preparation:
1: Peel and wash 1.5 kg potatoes.
2: Put the potatoes and the 500gr Sauerkraut in a pan with a bit of water and bring to boil. Let it simmer for about 25 minutes.
4: Drain the potatoes and the sauerkraut. Add a knob of butter and mash the mixture.
6: Add the Silvo seasoning and mix well.
