Ingredients (serves 4): 500 g minced meat, approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 rusk or 20 g breadcrumbs, 1 egg or 100 ml milk/water.
Preparation method: mix the minced meat with the Verstegen mix. If necessary, add rusk/breadcrumbs, an egg or milk/water. Mix and form four balls of approx. 125 g. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the meatballs on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes on all sides until nicely browned and cooked through.
